2011 ANNE ARUNDEL ‘CROSSOVER’ TOUR: 21st JULY – 4th AUGUST
Thank you for attending the parents meeting in February, it was good to meet you all, explain our proposals and provide answers to questions.
As mentioned at the parents & Players meeting, the Anne Arundel ‘Crosseover’ group have booked their flights and are currently confirming with us their preferences for the two day trips that they will take whilst here.. Steve Willett and the other CrosseOver leaders send their best wishes and look forward to seeing all of us in July.

With regard to the matching of guests to hosts, other than those girls who have already expressed their wish to host the girl they stayed with in July 2010, we will seek hosting profiles and photographs from all the MetroGirls, and coupled with simular information for the American girls, it is on this and information shared between the two sets of leaders that decisions will be made. We ask that you be patient as this process will not commence until late June with information to the families being ready by one to two weeks before they arrive.
Linked to hosting is a request for information regarding pets, please will you email Michelle or myself telling us what pets you have.
Concerning photographs, as you are aware we took some photographs at the parents & players meeting for our own leader & coaches reference purposes. When training starts we will take a photograph of your daughter which will be forwarded to the American girls family, plus there will be phographs taken during the tour; please contact us if you have any objections to our proposals.
