2014 USA MetroGirls Tour; Wednesday 23rd July to 7th August 2014
Next Training Day Sunday 11th May @ Brooklands Lacrosse Club, 10.00am till 4.00pm
This will be our first full training day following the Team Building Day, and we look forward to seeing all the players to continue with the tour preparation. The arrangement for the remainder of the training sessions are:-
Sunday 11th May 2014, Training 10.00am till 4.00pm @ Brooklands (NOTE CHANGE)
Sunday 18th May 2014 Training 10.00am till 4.00pm@ Stockport
Sunday 8th June 2014, Training 10.00am till 4.00pm @ Stockport
Sunday 22nd June 2014 Training & Scrimmage Game 10.00am till 4.00pm @ Brooklands
Sunday 6th July 2014, Training 10.00am till 4.00pm @ TBA
Sunday 13th July 2014, Final Training, Alumni Game, Parents Meeting and Kit hand-out 10.00am till 4.00pm @ Mellor.
Players MUST bring with them to ALL the team building, training and game days the following items:-
- Stick(s), gloves (if worn), gum guard, eye guard (if worn)
- Both, trainers & cleats/boots, sports underwear, two training shirts & shorts, two extra pairs of socks;
- Sweat top & pants, water proof jacket,
- A complete change of travelling home clothes, towel,
- A large water bottle, plus an additional 1 litre bottle of water; energy snacks and lunch including carbohydrates, (no carbonated or energy drinks)
- And a large plastic bin liner capable of holding all your kit and kit bag.
Please use this as a check list prior to each session.
Final Tour Payment: If not already paid the balance of £725.00 (unless a larger amount has already been paid) is required by 7 May 2014, with payment preferably by internet banking to HSBC MetroGirls Lacrosse, please contact us for bank account details if required.
Consent Form: Please complete and return if not already done so.
Tour Kit, Gifts & Clothes: As an update, the tour bags, and clothing have been ordered, and also a cream ware mini tanked jug from the Princes Trust Burleigh Pottery has been purchased for each of the USA Host Families.
